Who we are and what these terms cover

The website bellavistaandros.com is owned and operated by Katsilivas Ioannis Alexandros, sole proprietorship, VAT number EL008553774, Batsi, Andros 84501, Greece, phone +30 6945 326012, email info@bellavistaandros.com, operator of the Bella Vista Design Studios accommodation in Batsi, Andros, licence number 00000291494. By visiting and using the website you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use it.

What the availability request is, and what it is not

The form on the availability page is a request, not a booking. Sending it does not reserve any room and does not create a contract. A booking is only made when we reply in writing that the room is available for your dates, at a specific price, and you confirm it. The website does not take payments and does not ask for card details.

We reply to requests promptly, although this is not a guaranteed deadline at peak times or if there are technical problems with email.

Prices and availability

The prices shown on the website are indicative, per night and per period, and are updated by the accommodation. The final price is the one stated in the written reply to your request and depends on the dates, the number of guests and the length of stay. Any availability you see or infer from the website is not binding: it is confirmed only by our reply.

The accommodation is open from March to November each year, with reception hours from 09:00 to 20:00, daily. No bookings are accepted outside that period.

Booking, deposit and cancellation

A booking is confirmed after we have agreed the details and, where agreed, on payment of a deposit. Cancellation terms are agreed in writing when the booking is confirmed and apply as agreed for that particular stay. The website does not take payments, so no charge is ever made through it.

Arrival and departure times, children and pets are agreed case by case, for each booking. Ask us before you send your request, so we can tell you what applies to your dates.

Content and copyright

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to Bella Vista Design Studios or to their creators and are protected by copyright law. You may read them and share them with a link to the page. Copying, republishing or commercial use of photographs and texts without our written permission is not allowed.

The photographs show real spaces in the accommodation. Because the rooms differ slightly from one another, a photograph of one room is not a guarantee that you will get that particular room, unless this has been agreed in writing.

Links and third-party content

The website contains links to third-party websites, such as Google Maps for directions and the live beach camera page, which open in a new tab. The website's map is an image from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). We do not control the content, availability or privacy policies of third parties and are not responsible for them. The live camera picture may be interrupted or change without notice.

Accuracy of information and liability

We try to keep the information about the rooms, amenities, the village and travel accurate and up to date. Details that depend on third parties, such as ferry schedules, bus timetables and shop opening hours, change without anyone telling us: check them with their source before you travel. We accept no liability for damage arising from the use of the website, except where the law makes it mandatory.

Personal data

How we process the details you send us is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we use the form details only to answer your request and we do not give them to third parties for commercial purposes. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are recorded only with your consent, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Andros, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. For anything you need, contact us through the contact page.
