The three studios at Bella Vista Design Studios each sleep 2 or 3 people and sit 10 metres from Batsi beach. Every studio has a bedroom with a double bed and a small living room with a single bed for a third guest, a full kitchen with an extractor hood, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a large balcony that looks over the bay and the sunset.
They are recently renovated, air-conditioned and furnished in the traditional Cycladic style. The choice for couples, and for anyone travelling alone who wants to be right on the sea.
Apartment for 4 to 5 people
The apartment at Bella Vista Design Studios sleeps 4 to 5 people and is the most spacious of the rooms: a full kitchen, a washing machine, a private bathroom and a large balcony with an open view of the bay.
The owners recommend it for families with older children and for groups of friends. It is in the same building as the three studios, so it is the same 10 metres from the beach.

How far is Bella Vista Design Studios from the beach and from the centre of Batsi?
Bella Vista Design Studios is 10 metres from Batsi beach and 100 metres from the centre of the village, on Andros. Both are less than two minutes away on foot, with no car and no uphill walk. Batsi beach is sandy, lies inside the village and runs the whole length of the bay.
What is included in a stay at Bella Vista Design Studios?
Every room has a large balcony with a sea view, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a full kitchen with fridge and small appliances, free Starlink WiFi, satellite TV with Netflix, a safe box and double glazing. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. We can also arrange a transfer from the port and car or motorbike hire.
When is Bella Vista Design Studios open?
Bella Vista Design Studios is open from March to November every year. Outside that period it is closed and does not take bookings. If your dates fall at either end of the season, send us your request and we will tell you what applies for that particular week.
