The definition of value for money. The photos of the property matches exactly the space without photoshop. You open the balcony door and the beach is at your feet, only a few steps while just the road separates it from you and you won't need binoculars to see or hear it. The inside is designed with island decoration and includes just everything… it shouts Aegean, extremely clean and the owner cheerful, has provided every detail for the ultimate stay.

Stayed 5 nights and were very satisfied with our stay! Very nice and clean rooms with a perfect wiew over the beach and mountains with an incredible sunset... The host, Yiannis, is a really nice and cozy guy!!! Only four rooms so perfect for people who prefer smaller places like us...

The apartment is great value, right in the middle of Batsi and with amazing views. Yiannis is very nice and welcoming and the check in was very easy with great communication and Yiannis waiting for us on arrival. Everything clean and well-equipped.

Very friendly host Yiannis was waiting at the port and transported to the rooms. Rooms are beautifully renovated and you can find all necessary kitchenware to prepare a breakfast or even bigger meal in the room. Location is superb and all rooms have excellent views from balcony. Restaurants and small minimarkets are few steps away. Bigger grocery store is 600m away. The beach in front of the hotel is very good.
